Decorative Concrete How to do Decorative Concrete Resurfacing Acid Stain | Lake Ozark Osage Beach Mo

All right this week, we’re at Mystic Bay condos in Osage Beach Missouri. This is Rick with custom, concrete design at this back deck. We’re gonna start with will open area right here seems to be in pretty good shape.

Few stains and goes into the screened-in porch area. I think we’ve got about five or six cracks that we have to repair there, pretty small hairline cracks, so they’re, not bad. There’s, one of them. We’re, just getting ready to grind, we’ve got everything set up, so we’re, going to go ahead and start grinding.

Okay, we have the texture on, got everything tapered off and we are ready to spray. The antique stain we’re gonna darken this down just a little bit and the sun’s, kind of creating a whole lot of shadows for us, so it’s.

Probably gonna distort this a little bit, but you can see the Tuscan slight texture. A darker base lighter top coat. It ‘ S already got a little bit of marbling going on on our top coat and, of course, you know there’s variation between a the base and top coat that you can already spot so make it look a little bit different here in a minute.

Okay, this job at Mystic Bay is now complete. Yesterday we put our antiquing stain on it and got it cleaned up today and put our sealer on get to coach of the acrylic sealer so that colors just poppin real nice.

Now, looking good nice and shiny and the sun’s, gonna play with us a little bit again shadows kind of make. It look a little different here and there, but it looks good turned out great if you get closer shot of some of this without the sunlight affecting it.

That way, you can kind of get a look at the texture. Remember we had about five or six cracks in this that we had to repair to and, as you can see, they have disappeared and, as always, if you guys are watching this on my youtube channel, please subscribe to my channel if you like the videos that way You won’t, miss anything that I do in the future and if you like, this video hit that little like button down below and also comment.

Epoxy Flooring Decorative Concrete Resurfacing | RV Park Bathroom

Hey this is Rick with custom, concrete design and Lake of the Ozarks, and this week we are off highway, W in Lake Ozark and a RV campground site down here on the lake, and we’re going to be working on this bathroom shower area.

Laundry room right now we’re in the women’s, bathroom, getting ready to start grinding off the floor. That’s. Well, the floor coating that’s on here now I’ll, get it ground down and do all the repairs, but we ‘

Ve got to get this stuff off of here I’ve got the women’s, and out here we ‘ Ve got that’s, just a little laundry room, pretty small, but we ‘ Ve got to take the coating off of all of it and the men’s restroom over here pretty much the same as a women’s, but we’re gonna.

Let you get started and get this stuff cleaned up. Okay, we ‘ Ve got this job over here the RV park complete. We get a little bit of a water leak. There so cut two more eggs on it and put a little cup.

Underneath of this in the hose, so don’t care that that’s, what that is probably one of our more popular chip colors. It’s, just black and gray and white, pretty simple, but you know to come a lot of common colors that go with each other, so just about anything goes with black white and Reina, but it’s.

All sealed up. We’ve got one coat of sealer out now, but I’m going to take this video because we ‘ Ve got a second coat. It’s. Gon na go on and I won’t. Come back to do a final video, but they ‘

Ll have a little bit more of a shine, not a whole lot more for protection than anything. So this is the women’s, restroom shower and then here’s, a laundry room that’s in the center of the building, the smaller they’re gonna be putting shrim back up on baseboard.

We want to vary both. You know the walls prepping the walls so much on this one and we slop it everywhere, which we didn’t a little bit here and there, but it’s all about an inch or so above above the floor.

So the baseboards going to cover like that here’s, an interesting showers. Everything turned out great, so if you guys are checking this out on YouTube, you, like my videos, and you will see more of them.

Decorative Concrete Metallic Epoxy Sample Boards Base Coat

Hey guys, it’s right here today. What I’m gonna do is just put a black base coat on these boards. These are three simple words. I’m, getting ready to do for clients. I just said: go ahead and pour this, so this is our black base.

Normally, we always use this for our base. Go to our floors too, so that’s. What I’m gonna use on boards, so I’m gonna go ahead and premix our part, a I’ve got it over here, makes our part be up. Then I’m gonna mix.

The two together, along with the metallics and we’re, going to spread this on with a squeegee. We’re gonna be using about nine ounces, because I got about hardly nothing here. So nine ounces should cover this, probably a little bit more than what we need but use you, okay.

What I’ve done is I’ve, just mixed a part, A Part B at a two-to-one ratio. My metallics are in there and I mixed it for three minutes. So now I’m gonna go ahead and pour it out as equal as I can spread it around with our squeegee and then use a chip brush around the edges.

That’s. Basically it for today that’ll, be our base coat. We’ll, let it sit and we’ll come back tomorrow, you, okay, guys. The base goes on not much more. We can do. We’ll, just kind of let this move around a little bit and do its thing.

It won’t move a whole lot because put it on fairly thin. Put it a little bit thicker, but it’s, not super thin, so a little bit of movement. But finally, it’s on we’re gonna. Let it sit dry overnight and I’ll be back.

Decorative Concrete Tuscan Slate Brick Boarder Antique Taupe Patio Custom Concrete Lake Ozark

Hey this is Rick with custom concrete design at Lake of the Ozarks. This week we are in Westphalia Missouri. We’re, going to be doing this patio right here. It’s about a thousand square feet wraps around the other side of the house over there, but we’re just going to come to this cold joint.

We’re, going to stay to the left side of it. We’ve already started doing the grinding. As you tell there, you can probably see a lot of the white drain marks where we’ve been, but those those are where the cracks are.

How will you guys can see this on a video or not? It’s kind of hard for me to tell exactly where it’s at till the Sun and shadows here, but there’s, some repairs that have to be done right here along this cold joint there’s another pretty good-sized crack right here on the corner.

It’s, not long, but it’s kind of wide. This is probably the worst one that we’ve got this just wraps on around where there’s a couple more cracks over here. You business owners pinning him between a desk and a vehicle show.

This job here in Westphalia Missouri, is now complete. We’ve got our brick borders everywhere, camouflaged our joint lines, Tuscan slate texture, finish: colors are taupe a little bit darker on the base coat a bit lighter on the topcoat.

Then we sprayed it with some antiquing stain same color, taupe spray, the border. All the brick, I should say, sprayed it through our hopper gun and we hand painted quite a few bricks, while we have various colors shine on it, a little bit closer view here.
